Dragonball Z:Ultimate Battle 22 has been released in Japan for the past 7 years and was a quite a decent fighting game based upon a Japanese Cartoon Called "Dragonball Z". This Cartoon is about a Sayian named Goku, who thinks that he is an earthling, when in fact he is an alien from another planet. Thoughout the series of Dragonball,Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT (DB,DBZ,DBGT) Goku gets married, makes friends and saves the planet from destruction. In this game you can choose from 22 Characters and then you have to play through the game to unlock a further 5 more characters (including the Special SSJ3 Goku - the strongest of them all). This Dragonball game is very simple and quiet fast, but the low graphics doesn't make it fun at all, unless you learn the special combo moves such as the Kameahahaaa and Spirt Bomb. Dragonball Z: Budokai for the PS2 is an upgraded version of Final Bout, but Budokai is alot faster and has more moves then Tekken. Dragonball Z:Ultimate Battle 22, i think, is better than Final Bout since there are more characters to defeat and more characters to master, plus the graphics of the characters are the same as what they are used in the series and films, so you feel like you are in the Dragonball Series itself. The Characters are taken from thoughout Dragonball Z, from the first saga (Sayian Saga) to the last Saga (Kid Buu Saga) and offers enjoyment for all. 5 Extra Fighters:
On the title screen after the FMV sequence, press Up, Triangle, Down, X , Left, L1, Right, R1. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a chime. Now another FMV sequence will be displayed, followed by a title screen that now displays "Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Battle 27". Ultimate Battle 27 mode allows five more fighters to be available.
